E3 Development was selected by the City of Somerville as developer for the 31 Tufts Street project in 2019, based on responses to the City's Request for Proposals (RFP) issued in late 2018. The project will deliver a number of community priorities that were outlined in the City's RFP, including:
The E3 Development team worked closely with neighbors, local stakeholders, and the City to refine the development concept for the 31 Tufts Street site, including the design for the new pocket park that will be provided by the project. Details on the 2+ year community process are outlined below.
