Construction Updates
The 31 Tufts Street project began construction in May 2022. We are currently anticipating construction completion in July 2023.
During the fall and winter, the construction team installed the building slab, completed the exterior framing and windows, and installed the exterior air vapor barrier and insulation required to meet the standards for Passive House construction. At the interior, the team is proceeding with framing and insulation, and installation of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
The look-ahead for the spring includes: installation of exterior siding, interior finishes, and initial work on the pocket park.
